Responsibilities
- Responsible for international strategic skill planning - International development of resources according the sector strategy, increase significant the share of Media Key resources and senior consultants within Professional Services - Global Skill Optimization (the right quantity of resources, with required skill set, across countries, to the committed target price, in the expected time) - International utilization responsibility within the sector Telco Industry for all Professional Services resources according the utilization targets - Delivery Portfolio Development and Improvement in the industry Telco - Risk Management: Technical contract release in proposals phase in A- and B- risk category (High risk projects) - Pre Sales Support for the Telco industry - Interface to the branch of business at the division Telco and the Portfolio and Technology Management - Intercultural Community management for the dedicated key resources in the Telco sector - Accepted international Senior Industry Expert internal and external - Knowledge Management globally (e.g. Project expertise, Global delivery portfolio) - Functional steering of the local Management for the Telco Industry - Escalation level in case of conflicts
Education
For this position a university degree (FH or university) in electro, broadcast or communication is necessary.
